• Private “garage-sale” listing of items bought originally for personal use, whether or not they were actually used.

• Product condition (new, lightly used, etc.) is stated in each listing.

• All sales are private sales; no sales tax is collected.

3. Returns

• 7-day inspection window: tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return.

• You pay return shipping (or arrange local hand-off with us).

• Refund issued on safe return of the item.

4. Privacy

• All sales are made from Canada and we follow Canadian privacy laws.

• We keep the data you give us to process orders, fight fraud, and run the site.

• Limited third-party services (payments, hosting, email) receive only the data they need for those tasks.

• Ask anytime and we’ll delete whatever personal data we can legally erase.
